The STF Board would like to thank the participating affiliates, athletes and coaches for being part of the Open Selection Trial 2021.
The Technical component assessment was completed over two days on Saturday, 6 March and Sunday, 7 March 2021. Thereafter, the Physical component assessment was completed on Friday, 12 March and Saturday, 13 March 2021.

The results from the Physical component assessment shall be used as a baseline measure for athletes invited to join the Development Squad.
In accordance with our Open Selection Trial 2021 article published on 19 February 2021, Annex 1, paragraph 6 on Appeal Rights & Processes, athletes who wish to appeal the results of the Selection Trials will have to email to the HPSC at highperf@stf.org.sg and make a payment of SGD200.00 to Singapore Taekwondo Federation. Appeals have to be lodged within forty-eight (48) hours of notification of Selection Trial Results published via STF website. Athletes can refer to the contents under paragraph 6 of Annex 1 of the 19 February 2021 announcement for more details on the subject matter. The Secretariat Office will be sending the Letter of Invite and Athlete Agreement to the selected athletes to join the Development Squad over the next two weeks. We regret that only selected athletes will be sent the Letter of Invite.
