Players from four clubs – two from Malaysia and two from Indonesia – congregated at the National Training Centre (NTC)on 24 November 2013 for the first ever international club exchanges in Singapore. Singapore was represented by members from several local clubs.
The exchanges were fast and furious with many of the young players showing great potential for the future. For those who lacked skills, they made up with lots of guts and gusto. The spectators comprising parents and supporters were vociferous landing their voices to urge the players to give of their best.
The event was indeed memorable for all the participants. After all, winning was not in their mind. It was about having fun and learning from each other. At the end of the day all participants won as they left the NTC with new friends and loads of new experiences.
