Ladies Self-Defence Workshop

The Lady Committee will be organizing its second activity, Ladies Self-Defence Workshop, on 19 August 2007 from 9.00am to 12.00pm.More details are as follows.

• S$5 discount for those who had participated in the Lady Committee past event

• Basic knowledge of soft spot in human anatomy
• How to assess your environment
• How to transform your body and simple belongings into weapons to protect yourselves
• How to neutralize attack scenarios
