The following participants have successfully completed the Sparring Course (Fundamental) held on Sunday 31 July 2016 at the STF National Training Centre.

Successful candidates will be exempted from sparring when they go for their red 1 to 1st poom / dan. They may also register for the Sparring Course (Level 1) which would be held on Saturday & Sunday 20 & 21 August 2016 at the STF National Training Centre.
