19 participants successfully obtained the National Kyorugi Referee (Class 3P) certification after they have taken their theory and practical tests on 27 March 2010. The course was held on 13 and 14 March 2010.

The new referees may apply for promotion to Class 3 as soon as they chalked up 30 hours of officiating experience in tournaments organized or sanctioned by the Singapore Taekwondo Federation.
All new referees must attend the National Kyorugi Referee Refresher Seminar which would be held on 11 April 2010 from 2.30pm to 6.30pm at the STF National Training Centre.
The registration form is also attached.
Those who failed either component may apply for the retest. The retest will be held on Saturday 10 April 2010 at 5.00pm at the STF National Training Centre.
Please call the Secretariat at 6345 1491 to register for the retest by Thursday 8 April 2010. The fee is $20 per component.
