Sparring Course (Fundamental) September 2014

The STF will be organizing a Sparring Course (Fundamental) on Sunday 14 September 2014.

Candidates going for their 1^st poom or dan will be exempted from sparring if they have the fundamental certification. Those with Levels 1 and 2 will be exempted from sparring when they go for their 2^nd and 3^rd poom or dan respectively.
