The Sparring Course (Level 1) will be held on 11 & 12 June 2016 at the STF National Training Centre.

Time : Saturday 11 June 2016 – 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Sunday 12 June 2016 – 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Test : Sunday 12 June 2016 – 5.30pm onwards

Requirement : Sparring Course (Fundamental) Certification
Dress Code : ‘Dobok’
Successful candidates will be exempted from sparring when they go for their1st to 2nd poom or dan grading.
