The Sparring Course (Level 1) will be held on 23 and 30 June 2013 at the STF National Training Centre.

Sunday 30 June 2013 – 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Test : Sunday 30 June 2013 – 5.30pm onwards

Requirement : Sparring Course (Fundamental) Certification
Dress Code : ‘Dobok’
Successful candidates will be exempted from sparring when they go for their 1st to 2nd dan grading.
