The Sparring Course (Level 1) will be held on 16 & 17 May 2015 at the STF National Training Centre.

Time : Saturday 16 May 2015 – 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Sunday 17 May 2015 – 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Test : Sunday 17 May 2015 – 5.30pm onwards

Requirement : Sparring Course (Fundamental) Certification
Dress Code : ‘Dobok’
Successful candidates will be exempted from sparring when they go for their 1st to 2nd poom / dan grading.
