The Unarmed Combat Course (Level 2) will be held from 12, 13, 20 and 26 June and 10 and 11 July 2010 at the National Training Centre. For the timings and other details, please see the attached course outline
You will notice that the timings for poom belts and black belts are different. However, if the response is not so good for either the poom belt or black belt course, it will be combined. The combined course will be held at the earlier timing.
Besides exemption from the unarmed combat component for the promotion test, the qualification will allow successful participants to move on to Level 3.
