A poomsae seminar will be conducted for blackbelt holders to acquaint them with the latest development of poomsae; equip them with the finer points of the various movements and provide them a forum to clarify any doubts they have pertaining to poomsae and grading matters.
The details are as follows.

Time : 9.00am to 12 noon or 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Venue : STF National Training Centre (NTC)
Fee : $5.00 per participant
Closing Date : 10 March 2006 (Friday)

As poomsae is essential for competition and grading, we urge all blackbelt holders, especially those who are coaching, to register early because of the limited number of participants the NTC can accommodate. Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis.
