Robin Chow
- 1st WTF World Cup Taekwondo Team Championships

Lim and Chow turned down the offers to officiate in the World Junior and World Team Championships because of other pressing commitments.
For his assignment in the 1st World Poomsae Championships, Lim was presented the best referee award for his outstanding and exemplary officiating.
