It has been brought to the attention of the Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) that some individuals and companies have infringed on the use of the STF trademarks.
They have used STF trademarks – that is the STF logo, the STF word design or both – without the permission of the STF.
Those who are using the STF logo in their Facebook or the STF trademarks on taekwondo training uniforms or other goods without authorization are advised to cease doing so. Otherwise, the STF has no choice but to take legal action against the offender.
As the STF trademarks are part of the intellectual property of the organization, the STF will not tolerate their unauthorized use and hence will take serious action to show its intolerance.
