Poomsae Component:
- Senior Category candidates are to report at 8.30 am
- Cadet & Junior Category candidates are to report at 10.30 am
Kyorugi Component:
- Senior Category candidates are to report at 1.45 pm
- Cadet & Junior candidates are to report at 3.45 pm
- **Weigh in time slot will be strictly from 9.00 am to 10.00 am OR during the respective reporting time slot only.
- No weight allowance will be given, and STRICTLY NO NUDE WEIGH IN allowed.

Poomsae & Kyorugi Technical Component:
- Senior Category candidates are to report at 8.30 am
- Cadet & Junior Category candidates are to report at 11.30 am
Physical Component:
- Senior Category candidates are to report at 3.00 pm
- Cadet & Junior Category candidates are to report at 5.00 pm
Essential Information
- Candidates are to bring along a valid ID with photo for registration
- Attire for Poomsae, Kyorugi and Technical Component will be STF Approved “Dobok”
- Attire for Physical Component can be in Sports attire.
- Kyorugi Candidates are expected to bring their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including mouth guard and their personal electronic socks (KPNP) for Kyorugi Component on 9 December 2023.
