- Digital coloured photo in jpeg format
- Save the photo using the NRIC/passport/FIN number of applicant as filename (eg: S1234567A.jpg)
- Minimum file size of 60 kb and maximum file size of 100 kb
- Dimension is 400 width x 514 height (pixels)
- Photo must be taken in the last 6 months with a white background
- Full face must be clearly visible
- No borders or multi-coloured backgrounds (e.g. holiday photos)
- Black and white photos are not recommended
All submissions must be made by Monday 7 July 2014. It will be on a first-come first-served basis.
