The National Poomsae Championships 2010 scheduled to be held on 22 and 23 May 2010 will include a family event. This is to provide opportunities for taekwondo families to compete and enjoy the family bonding while training for the competition.
For this competition, 1st dan and higher participants are required to know more poomsae. This new requirement will make the competition for this category more interesting and provide greater challenge for the participants.
Please note that the dates and venue for the competition is tentative as the Singapore Sports Council is unable to confirm the availability of the venue.
