For the coming national ‘kyorugi’ championships in August 2008 and future competitions organized or sanctioned by the Singapore Taekwondo Federation, the following rules will be implemented.
Sizes of Body Protectors
The minimum sizes of body protectors to be worn by players shall be as follows.

Coach Attire
In order to avoid any complications, coaches shall at least be attired as follows.
- Tracksuit top, dobok pants, predominantly white taekwondo shoes and coach pass,
- Collared T-shirt (to be tucked in), tracksuit trousers, predominantly white sports shoes and coach pass,
- Tracksuit (top and trousers), predominantly white sports shoes and coach pass, or
- Collared T-shirt (to be tucked in), trousers, predominantly white sports shoes and coach pass.
- Full dobok cannot be used as coach attire.
- No waist pouch is allowed with coach attire.
- Coach passes are to be displayed prominently. It should not be hidden or partially hidden.
- Failure to observe any of the requirements will attract a ‘kyong-go’.
Entering the Arena
A ‘kyong-go’ shall be given to players who enter the arena without their headgear under their arm.
