Simon Leong Kwong Chien has been promoted from Class 3P to 3 (Kyorugi Referee) with effect from 9 April 2013.
The Singapore Taekwondo Federation would like to remind all national referees (poomsae and kyorugi) are encouraged to apply for promotion as soon as they are eligible.
