KYORUGI WORKSHOP BY FORMER KOREA NATIONAL TEAM COACH – CLOSING ON 9 MAY 2024,5PM
Singapore Taekwondo Federation will organise a Kyorugi Workshop for aspiring kyorugi athletes and coaches.
The Seminar will be conducted by Coach Lee Dong Joo who is the current head coach for Dong A University Kyorugi Team and a former Korea National Team Coach who has many years of international coaching under his belt.

- 16th Asian Games (2010) Korea Kyorugi Team, Coach – 4 Gold, 4 Silver, 2 Bronze
- 2016 Rio Olympic Games Korea Kyorugi Team, Coach – 2 Olympic Gold, 3 Olympic

Through this workshop, participants will be exposed to different fighting styles, techniques and tactics. Coach Lee will also be sharing on valuable insights on the different match scenarios.

| Dress Code: | STF approved ‘Dobok’, with full Personal Protective Equipment (body protector, full guards, head gear, mouth piece), advisable to bring along face shield |
| Pre-Requisite | • Minimum 1st Dan Black Belt issued by STF • Minimum 15 years old (Based on calendar year) • Participant must be a member of STF’s affiliated club |

Registration for the workshop will be on a first come first serve basis with limited slots.
Participants are to fill up the Course registration form (https://stf.sg/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/form-Registration-311020.pdf) and submit to the STF Office in person or email the completed form to stkdf@mail.com.

National Kyorugi 2024 Competition Outline

Date: 15 and 16 June 2024
Time: 9:00am onwards
Venue: Yishun Sports Hall

- Submission of e-registration excel form to tournament.stf@gmail.com
- Receive email response with payment amount and instruction.
- Head down to STF office @ 7 Bedok North Street 2 Singapore 469646, show email with payment amount and proceed with payment.
- Send STF payment receipt to tournament.stf@gmail.com to confirm registration (By 24 May 2024).
Poom/Black belt category for ages 12 and above (Cadet and above) will take place in the Singapore Open Kyorugi Championships in the later part of the year.

The Kyorugi Referee Seminar 2024 will held at Downtown East (Begonia Ballroom)
The Kyorugi Referee Seminar 2024 will be he on 05 May 2024, with the objective to share the updated rules and regulations with all qualified referees. Qualified referees who have attended the seminar will be eligible to officiate at all Singapore Taekwondo Federation organized or sanctioned tournament until the next Referee Seminar.

Equipment) with immediate effect.
The STF affiliates are able to enjoy attractive rebates when their athletes/members register and participate in the first
