The closing date for all divisions (Primary, A, B & C) for the National Inter-School is Friday 21 March 2014.
Primary schools may email their submissions (excel forms) together with all the necessary documents if the payment of participation fees is through the school. Cash payments must be made at the Secretariat before the closing date.
All primary school submissions must be accompanied by the following documents if they are not made through the schools.

The Grassroots’ Club Theatrette at 190 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8 Singapore 568046 will be the venue for the Coach Seminar 2014 to be held on Sunday 16 March 2014 from 9.00am to 2.00pm.
Registration will start at 8.00am and all participants are to be seated by 8.45am.
Parking charges are applicable for cars ($0.60 per half hour) and motor bike ($1.00 per entry).
Please be reminded that the dress code is ‘dobok’.
Participants who are more than half an hour late will NOT be eligible for the coach pass.
CreativeAtWork will be producing The National School Games 2014 which will be broadcasted on Starhub’s Supersports Arena channel starting in end April 2014.
They are currently looking for a male host for the programme. Former or current athletes who are interested to develop their career as a sportscaster are welcomed. The publicity poster is attached.
A casting call on will be conducted on 8 and 15 March 2014 at our office at Somerset.The committment for the programme host is about total 6 hours every week on 2 seperate days. Day 1 interviews will take about 4 hours. Day 2 shooting of links will take about 2 hours. Most shoots will be held on weekdays in the afternoon.

Announcement has been made that the Singapore Taekwondo Federation will be celebrating its 40th Anniversary on Saturday 21 June 2014 at Suntec City Convention Centre.
The tickets are now ready for collection at the Secretariat.
Affiliates are encouraged to purchase the tickets early as they were sold out way before the event at the last celebration in 2012.
The STF will be organizing a Sparring Course (Fundamental) on Saturday 8 March 2014 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm after receiving numerous requests from affiliates.
Candidates going for their 1st poom or dan will be exempted from sparring if they have the fundamental certification. Those with Levels 1 and 2 will be exempted from sparring when they go for their 2nd and 3rd poom or dan respectively.More details on the sparring course are as follows.

Please take note of the following change of time for the NCAP (Level 2) theory test and the Poomsae Coach Course Retest on Sunday 2 March 2014 at the STF National Training Centre.
– Theory @ 3.30pm (both courses)
– Practical @ 5.00pm (Poomsae Coach Course)
As requested by the participants of the NCAP (Level 2) Technical Course, the practical test will be conducted at a later date. The dates will be announced to them by the course conductors on the last day of the course.
The results of the Poomsae Coach Course held on Sunday 26 January 2014 at the STF National Training Centre are attached.
A retest would be held on Sunday 2 March 2014 at 2.30pm for Theory and 3.30pm for Practical at the STF National Training Centre for those who had failed any component.
Unsuccessful participants who are interested in the retest must call the STF at 6345 1491 by 5.00pm on Thursday 27 February 2014 to register. Payment can be made at the venue before the retest. The fee is $20 per component. On the spot registration for those who have not registered is $30 per component.
Participants who have received a Pass (P) would be required to attend the practical session at 3.30pm. If they do not attend the session, they would be considered being unsuccessful in the course.
