The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) will be conducting open selection trials on Saturday 14 March 2020 at OCBC Arena to identify promising athletes to participate in the national squad training so as to prepare them for championships in 2020 and 2021. All affiliates are invited to participate in the open trials for both Kyorugi and Poomsae events.
More details will be released soon.

Over the last two weekends STF has conducted the Poomsae Coach Course, Poomsae Coach Upgrading Course and the Kyorugi Referee Course.
Attached below are the results of the respective courses.
Kindly note that re-assessment for the 3 courses will be on the 7th Mar 2020 (Saturday) at NTC.
Attire : Dobok (For Poomsae courses only, Poomsae Dobok/ Uniform is allowed)
1.00pm – 5.00pm for Kyorugi Referee Course
5.00pm – 6.00pm for Poomsae Coach Course
7.00pm – 9.30pm for Poomsae Coach Upgrading Course
Please note that the fee for the re-assessment is @$20 (before GST) per component.
Kindly make payment and registration at STF office by 6th Mar 2020, as there will not be any registration / payment collection at NTC on the re-assessment day itself.

The Poomsae Referee Course will be held on 29 February & 1 March 2020 at the STF National Training Centre.
Black belt holders who wished to officiate in all STF-sanctioned poomsae tournaments should take this opportunity to gain the qualification as the next course may be held in 2021.
The detailed information is as follows.

As Singapore has raised its risk assessment level of the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) situation in Singapore to DORSCON Orange, we will be introducing the following additional precautionary measures for courses to minimize the risk of further transmission of the virus in the community. These measures are over and above the precautionary measures stated by STF on 5th February 2020. This is in line with the MOH and MOE measures that was advised on 7th February 2020.

The Poomsae Coach Upgrading Course will be held as follows.
