The 2017 NTU Taekwondo Open Championships were successfully held on 25 & 26 March 2017 at the Nanyang Technological University Sports Hall.

Poomsae Referee Course (March 2017) Special Review
All participants in the recently concluded Poomsae Referee Course (March 2017) will be required to attend a special review on Saturday 8 April 2017 at 1.30pm at the National Training Centre. A review fee of $20 will be applicable.
The results will be made known at the session.
Please call the Secretariat at 6345 1491 by Friday 7 April 2017 to register. Participants who do not attend the session will be considered as unsuccessful in the course.
2017 National International Schools (Program & Fixtures)
The 2017 National International Schools Taekwondo Championships will be held on Monday 10 April 2017 at Toa Payoh Sports Hall.

Team officials and coaches are advised to take note of the following.
– Reporting time for 1st batch of competitors (1.00pm)
– Briefing for Team Managers & Coaches (1.30pm)
Volunteers are to report to Mr Andy Lee, Tournament Chairman, at 9.00am while all referees must sign in by 12.30pm.

2017 Nestle Koko Krunch Overall Results
The 2017 Nestle Koko Krunch Junior Taekwondo Championships were sucessfully held on 25 & 26 February 2017 at Toa Payoh Sports Hall.
AkiraX Taekwondo captured the Regional Grand Champion title with a total haul of 20 gold, 16 silver and 11 bronze medals.
The Singapore Taekwondo Federation would like to thank all club officials, parents and volunteers for making the event a successful one.

Office Closure (10 to 21 April 2017)
The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) Secretariat will be closed from 10 to 21 April 2017 as all the staff will be involved in the National Inter-Schools Championships which will be held during the period at Toa Payoh Sports Hall.
For urgent matters, you may call upon the staff at the Sports Hall.
The STF apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
Venue for Poomsae Coach Upgrading Course
The Poomsae Coach Upgrading Course will be held on Saturday 1 April 2017 from 1.00pm to 6.00pm at Temasek Polytechnic Sports & Arts Centre (2nd Floor). The map of the venue is attached.
As a large number of participants is expected, registration will begin at 12.00pm. The event will start at 1.00pm SHARP.

Important Reminder – Renewal and New Application of Coach Pass
Coaches are reminded that they have to renew their coach pass before the expiry date. All renewals and new applications must be submitted by Friday 31 March 2017.
Applications must be accompanied by the relevant documents.
A late fee will be applicable if they do not renew their pass by the expiry date.
Coach Seminar & Coach Induction Course Participants’ Lists
The list of participants for the Coach Seminar 2017 and Coach Induction Course are attached.
Club officials are advised to check through the lists to ensure that their members are registered in the correct event.
Please be reminded that the Coach Seminar is only meant for coaches renewing their coach pass. New coaches must attend the Coach Induction Course.
In order for the STF to facilitate the necessary logistics, the Secretariat must be informed of any changes via email at stkdf@mail.com by 12 noon on Friday 17 March 2017.
